Myst-RZ, Moonlight bathing, signed and numeroted 3/10, 2024

With his series of “American” works, artist Myst-RZ plunges us into a world partly inspired by the works of Edward Hopper and David Hockney.
In this series, the works stretch out like long travellings, sometimes depicting hushed, intimate atmospheres populated by solitary souls, sometimes sun-drenched terraces with pools, with Mediterranean accents and clean lines.

A certain look at the individual is reflected in these works, where it seems that lonely souls, solitary riders and “every man for himself” rub shoulders without ever really meeting. Myst-RZ reinvents the images of the past using ultra-modern digital tools, taking us on a journey towards a visual culture that aims to be timeless.
