This large plaster relief was inspired by Claude Michel Clodion’s fresco and was crafted in the workshops of the Louvre Museum in Paris in the late 19th century.

This piece depicts a woman in the ancient Roman style alongside a large faun, each one of them holding a little cherub. It is elegantly enclosed within a mahogany wood frame. With its frame, this relief measures an impressive 160 cm x 104 cm, while its dimensions without the frame are 132 cm x 77 cm.

Highly decorative, it would make a great decor enhancement above a sofa in a living room or as a centerpiece above a bed in a bedroom.
